Mayor's Survey Is Asking: How Did We Do in Blackout?

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg invited public comments yesterday about the city's handling of the recent blackout, but emphasized that he was looking for constructive criticism, not finger-pointing. During his weekly radio program on WABC-AM, Mr. Bloomberg said his Task Force on Emergency Response was conducting a survey of public opinion about the blackout. It can be filled out on the Web site at www.nyc.gov, in English or in Spanish. It is also available in 170 languages through the city's 311 line.
